Happiest birthday Papa!!!

Tomorrow, September 21, is supposed to be the 51st birthday of my father. Anyway, I know he's somehow happy there. But sometimes, I missed his "tease". I wish to have a dream with him tonight.

Anyway, upon watching "Reel-time" on GMA News TV; LUMAD, I remember his devotion to help people esp. IPs(Indigenous People). It's just sad, extra-judicial killing is still happening today. tsk
I hate it!!!! Because it brings back the pain that we have suffered, seeing a mother cries after losing her husband. And worst, letting the daughter watched as they shot her father.

 I have read an online article before about the death of my father. Well, at least, they appreciate how my father loves his work and as I always said before (on my previous post about him), "HE DIED FOR IT."
What makes this all the more tragic is that their latest victim, Mateo Morales, has devoted himself, through many years of public and community service, to genuine community development. In fact, Morales has shifted from his position as assistant to the Tribal Filipino Ministry’s Coordinator, to the post of administrator of the Lumad Infirmary Hospital in Brgy. Balit, San Luis, where he could continue helping the people. With his death, it is not only Mateo Morales’ family or co-workers who suffer loss and grief, but the poor and the powerless people of tribal villages he served with his gifts and skill, his humor and his heart. source

I will never forget how you carried me (on your back) from school to our house when I felt sick during lecture(Elementary days). And your teary eyes as the bus leaves when I go back to school in Iligan. Your teases, actually, everything. Thank you for your kindness, we, as your children benefited from it. I'm forever grateful to GOD because of you. I just hope that you're proud of us.

Splinterlands: Water Deck for Beginners

Splinterlands has been fun for me!  I love strategy games, coming from NarutoArena way back 2000s, this NFT game is enjoyable. Being a beginner, to get your rank up from Bronze III to Bronze II is hard compared to Bronze II to I. I guess because in B3 the only ruleset is Standard (no restrictions except mana costs) making it hard to select/build your splinter in battle.  In this post, I'll be sharing my water deck. I rented the cards below. Summoner : Alric Stormbringer +1 Magic to splinters and just 3 mana cost. This makes this summoner great. Tank :  Lobstradamus   For its hit points at 9 and ability to reduce damage from melee and range attacker, and just 6 mana cost this is a great tank although it is slow. Adding the +1 magic from Alric, you have 2 direct damage per attack.
